Seahawks on NFC playoff bubble, Titans eliminated from contention

Ryan Tannehill will start as quarterback for the Tennessee Titans in their game against the Seattle Seahawks, with rookie Will Levis declared inactive due to an ankle injury.
The Titans have been eliminated from playoff contention, while the Seahawks are on the NFC playoff bubble, just outside the seventh and final playoff spot.
Several Titans players are inactive for the game, including offensive lineman Daniel Brunskill, defensive lineman TK McLendon, cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting, wide receiver Kyle Philips, defensive back K'Von Wallace and tight end Trevon Wesco.
The Seahawks will be without safety Jamal Adams for a second straight week, and starting cornerback Devon Witherspoon is also inactive.
Geno Smith is active and expected to start for Seattle after missing two games with a groin injury.
