  • Major League Baseball officially named O’Hearn as the American League’s starting designated hitter for the All-Star Game in Atlanta.
  • He topped all AL designated hitters in fan voting, receiving more than 1.7 million votes.
  • This season he leads the Orioles with a .295 batting average, .383 on-base percentage, .471 slugging percentage and an .854 OPS across 11 home runs.
  • Baltimore has now secured an All-Star starter for the third consecutive year following its 2023–24 rebuild successes.
