Rwandan Genocide Suspect Kayishema Seeks Asylum in South Africa Amid Extradition for War Crimes

The suspect, Fulgence Kayishema, has been indicted for orchestrating mass killings in Rwanda's 1994 genocide.
Kayishema was arrested last month in South Africa after being a fugitive for over 20 years.
