Overview

  • Russia launched 309 Shahed and decoy drones and eight Iskander-K cruise missiles overnight, and Ukraine’s air defenses intercepted and jammed 288 drones and three missiles
  • The attack killed at least 31 people, including five children, and wounded more than 150, marking the deadliest single strike on Kyiv since 2022
  • More than 100 buildings were damaged, encompassing homes, schools, kindergartens, medical facilities and universities as rescue crews searched through debris
