Russia’s AI-92 Wholesale Gasoline Price Dips After Record, Still Above ₽74,000 per Tonne

Officials say export limits aim to shore up domestic supply.

  • Trading on October 7 showed mixed moves across products, with summer diesel up 1.88% to ₽72,669 and liquefied petroleum gas down 7.81% to ₽18,328.
  • The government has extended gasoline export restrictions through year-end and kept limits on diesel and marine fuels in place for non-producers.
  • Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said the measures are designed to bolster domestic availability and do not affect deliveries under intergovernmental agreements, as some regions report tight supplies at filling stations.
