Kavzharadze operated under multiple aliases, including TeRorPP, Torqovec, and PlutuSS.
He listed more than 626,100 credentials for sale on Slilpp between 2016 and 2021.
The Slilpp marketplace was taken down in 2021 by a coordinated international law enforcement effort.
Kavzharadze was extradited to the U.S. in 2022 and has been detained since then.
He has been ordered to pay $1.2 million in restitution.
