Overview

  • Kharkiv officials said seven people, including a toddler and a 16-year-old, were killed when drones hit a five-storey apartment block, with around 20 people injured.
  • In Zaporizhzhia, regional authorities reported three dead and about 20 wounded in a missile strike, and opened a war-crimes case under Article 438 of Ukraine’s criminal code.
