  • Appointments with district therapists, general practitioners, or district pediatricians must be available within 24 hours of patient contact.
  • Urgent primary medical care must be provided within two hours from the time a patient reaches out to a medical organization.
  • Specialist consultations are capped at 14 working days, shortened to three working days for suspected oncological or cardiovascular conditions.
