Overview
- The Defense Ministry reported 85 Ukrainian UAVs intercepted between late Nov. 3 and early Nov. 4, including 40 over Voronezh, 20 over Nizhny Novgorod, and 10 over Belgorod, with additional drones downed over Kursk, Lipetsk, Volgograd, Bashkortostan, and Saratov.
 - Tatarstan, Penza, and Orenburg announced “drone danger” alerts, and Penza temporarily limited mobile internet as a protective measure.
 - Debris from downed drones caused a fire at the Frolovskaya electrical substation in Volgograd region, where officials reported no injuries and said response teams were deployed.
 - Bashkortostan’s leader said two drones targeted an industrial complex in Sterlitamak and were shot down, with no casualties and operations continuing, while Rostov region reported interceptions in two districts without ground damage.
 - Ukrainian outlet TSN reported explosions in Sumy during an air raid alert, and Russian security sources claimed a strike on a Ukrainian reserve site near Zeleny Hai in Kharkiv region and the movement of a UK-trained battalion to Sumy.
