Overview
- The Defense Ministry said fixed-wing UAVs were intercepted between 11 p.m. November 12 and 8 a.m. November 13 Moscow time.
- Reported counts included 32 each over Kursk and Belgorod, 20 over Voronezh, 17 over the Black Sea, 7 over Crimea, 6 over Oryol, 5 over Krasnodar, 4 over Tambov, 3 over Rostov, 2 over Bryansk, and one each over Tula and the Moscow Region.
- Authorities reported some debris falling in residential areas, and there were no reports of casualties.
- In the Oryol Region, Governor Andrey Klychkov cited damage to vehicles and windows, while municipal services and infrastructure continued operating normally.
- Flight arrivals and departures were temporarily restricted at the Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kaluga and Tambov airports, and those limits were later lifted.
