- Russia’s defense ministry reported that from 15:00 Sept. 22 to midnight Sept. 23, air defenses destroyed 81 UAVs over Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Rostov, Ryazan, Tula, the Moscow region, Crimea and the Black Sea.
