Russia Reports Advances in KharkivSumy Axis as Drone Strike Kills Civilian in Rostov

  • The “West” grouping reportedly took more favorable positions, with the ministry citing up to 200 Ukrainian personnel losses and the destruction of vehicles and a U.S.-made AN/TPQ-50 radar.
  • Rostov region’s governor said a man was found dead after an overnight Ukrainian drone attack on Rostov-on-Don that also injured four people, as air defenses downed 25 drones and fires damaged homes and a plant site.
  • Kursk governor Alexander Khinshtein reported 49 artillery strikes on border districts and 44 drones shot down over the region in the past day, with no casualties recorded.
