- Rosaviatsiya said limits were removed at airports including Penza, Saratov, Samara, Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan and Orenburg, with services restarting on November 16.

- A Flydubai flight from Dubai to Volgograd diverted to Tbilisi before continuing to its destination, with arrival expected around 10:00 on Sunday.
- Separately, an S7 service from Yuzhno‑Sakhalinsk to Vladivostok was delayed for more than a day due to technical reasons and was rescheduled for November 17, with transport prosecutors monitoring passenger rights.
