  • President Zelensky and Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi reported that Ukrainian units have cleared and stabilized positions around Dobropillia and Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region.
  • Kyiv’s General Staff stated its forces pushed Russian troops back by about 2 kilometres on a sector of the Sumy front and have ordered reinforcements and stronger fortifications.
  • Moscow’s defence ministry claimed captures of Kolodyazi and Vorone, but Ukrainian sources and independent monitors say Russian forces have yet to secure those villages.
