- City officials and rescuers said drone attacks in Kyiv hit residential blocks across several districts, killing three people and injuring 31–32, including at least seven children, and damaging a kindergarten.
- The State Emergency Service reported a repeat strike in Dnipropetrovsk region that killed a rescuer and a woman, wounded others, and damaged homes, shops and two fire engines.
