Overview
- Ukraine’s air force tracked 526 aerial threats, including 502 Shahed-type drones, 16 Kalibr and 8 Kh-101 cruise missiles, and reported downing or suppressing 430 drones and 21 missiles.
- Impacts and debris were recorded at 14 locations, with blasts and damage reported in western and central regions such as Lviv, Lutsk, Ivano-Frankivsk and the Kyiv area, and at least four railway workers were injured in Kirovohrad region.
- Poland said its forces and allied aircraft scrambled during the attack to secure NATO airspace and later stood down after the strikes subsided.
- Ground fighting remained intense with 166–172 daily combat engagements, and Ukrainian commanders reported the heaviest pressure and dozens of repelled assaults in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka sectors.
