Russia Gasoline Prices Fall for Third Week as Diesel Climbs

Official data tie the shift to export limits alongside refinery restarts.

  • In Moscow and St. Petersburg, gasoline rose 0.1% over the week, with observed station ranges in Moscow of 59.29–63.99 rubles for AI-92, 65.19–74.49 for AI-95, and 87.48–93.11 for AI-98+.
  • St. Petersburg stations showed AI-92 at 60.1–70 rubles, AI-95 at 64.58–73.5, and AI-98+ at 88.7–92.99, as the market cools from summer–autumn spikes following October’s pullback in exchange quotations.
