Russia Extends Fuel Export Curbs as Gasoline and Diesel Prices Edge Up
Rosstat puts weekly averages at 64.33 rubles per liter for gasoline, 72.94 for diesel.

- Wholesale trading on the St. Petersburg exchange showed small gains: AI-92 up 0.03% to 74,126 rubles per tonne and AI-95 up 0.17% to 79,945.
- Diesel futures rose modestly, with summer grade up 0.49% to 73,027 rubles per tonne and winter grade up 0.19% to 77,664.
- Other fuels moved unevenly, as LPG fell 1.09% and aviation kerosene fell 2.57% while mazut rose 2.52%.
- Rosstat’s latest weekly monitoring recorded gasoline up 0.55 ruble to 64.33 rubles per liter and diesel up 0.31 to 72.94, with AI-92 at 61.19, AI-95 at 66.41 and AI-98 at 86.06.
- The government prolonged the gasoline export embargo through year-end and barred diesel and marine gasoil exports for non-producers, a step officials say is meant to safeguard domestic supply.
