Overview

• Russia launched 400 Shahed drones and one Iskander ballistic missile overnight July 15–16 targeting Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih and Vinnytsia
• Ukraine’s air defenses shot down 198 drones and jammed 145 decoys but energy facilities and civilian sites were struck, causing fires and power outages
• Attacks killed at least two people near Kupiansk and injured dozens across Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Vinnytsia regions
• Russian forces also conducted 85 shelling strikes in Sumy region and engaged in 171 ground clashes along the front line
