Overview
- The draft ran from October 1 to December 31 under Presidential Decree No. 690 setting a 135,000-person quota.
- A new Unified Registry enabled more than 550,000 citizens to obtain deferrals without visiting commissariats, with call-up notifications delivered via the state services portal.
- Conscripts were not sent to the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics or the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, nor assigned to special military operation tasks.
- Most draftees were assigned to training units, with 680 placed in scientific and industrial research units and 240 in sports companies.
