Overview
- Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin met Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing to align investment priorities and joint projects following the government heads’ meeting in Hangzhou.
 - Both sides affirmed progress in settlements using national currencies and pledged to deepen coordination through their financial dialogue and relevant subcommissions.
 - The communique commits to improving the structure of bilateral trade by accelerating growth in e‑commerce, agricultural goods and primary processing industries.
 - Moscow and Beijing agreed to mutual assistance against unilateral sanctions, to closer coordination in international organizations, and to further align the Greater Eurasian Partnership with the Belt and Road Initiative.
 - Space agencies signed a 2026–2030 satellite navigation cooperation roadmap as the parties also expanded humanitarian cooperation, including education exchanges and a planned Russian‑Chinese Institute of Fundamental Research.
