Russia and Belarus Not Invited to 2024 Paris Olympics, Athlete Participation Still Undecided

Russia and Belarus will not receive formal invitations to the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Some Russian and Belarusian athletes may still be able to compete as neutral participants.
eligible countries will be invited to the Paris Olympics on July 26.
The IOC has urged sports federations to allow some Russians and Belarusians to qualify as neutrals.
The IOC will decide later on possible participation by Russian and Belarusian athletes.
