The British comedian and actor was first questioned in November over three other claims, making a total of nine alleged offences.
Brand has denied the allegations, stating his relationships have 'always' been consensual.
The allegations were first reported in September, following a joint investigation by The Sunday Times, The Times and Channel 4's Dispatches.
The allegations are said to have taken place between 2006 and 2013, during which time Brand held several jobs, including at Channel 4 and BBC Radio 2.
