• RuneScape’s final Desert Saga quest, Eclipse of the Heart, went live on July 28, concluding the 24-year storyline.
• Players must meet requirements including level 90 Necromancy, level 65 Agility, completion of Pharaoh’s Folly and Do No Evil quests, and Fort Forinthry structures.
• Completing the quest grants a new title, four Stone-Touched XP Lamps (250,000 XP each), desert-themed cosmetics, the Amascut’s Eye skybox override, and upgraded Magic Carpet Dust.
• Amascut will appear as a full boss on August 4, marking the climactic confrontation of the saga.
• Cosmetic-Free Worlds are available through September 30 to gauge player feedback by hiding wardrobe overrides, teleport animations, pets, skilling icons, hitsplats.
