- Kenneth Branagh will play Prospero in Richard Eyre’s staging of The Tempest at the yal ShShakespeare Theatre May 13–June 20, with designs by Bob Crowley.
- Branagh then stars as Lopakhin opposite Helen Hunt’s Ranyevskaya in Laura Wade’s new version of The Cherry Orchard, directed by Tamara Harvey at the Swan Theatre July 10–August 29.
- Mark Gatiss headlines The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui in the RSC’s first staging of Brecht’s satire, adapted by Stephen Sharkey and directed by Seán Linnen, running April 11–May 30 in the Swan.
- New work and family programming include Martina Laird’s Driftwood at The Other Place April 17–May 30 under Justin Audibert, transferring to Kiln Theatre June 3–July 4, and a Unicorn co-produced A Midsummer Night’s Dream at The Other Place June 19–August 30.
- The slate complements wider activity with West End and U.S. engagements, including Kyoto’s U.S. premiere at Lincoln Center this fall and a three-city Hamnet tour in spring 2026.
