Overview

• The pass offers 200 toll-free trips or one year of validity, whichever comes first, across NHAI-managed national highways and expressways.
• Eligibility is restricted to private non-commercial vehicles such as cars, jeeps, and vans, while commercial transport continues under existing discount and monthly-pass schemes.
• Activation and purchase are fully digital, with the annual plan linked to existing FASTags and operational within two hours of successful payment and verification.
• After 200 crossings or upon expiry of the one-year period, the pass automatically reverts to a standard FASTag and can be renewed online through the same portals.
• The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways will provide technical assistance to states that choose to extend the annual pass to state-managed highways and expressways.
