Overview
- The Railway Recruitment Board issued Phase 2 admit cards for the NTPC Undergraduate CBT‑1 on June 9–10, and candidates scheduled from June 13 can now download hall tickets from their regional RRB websites.
- Admit cards are not sent by post and are released on a phased basis, normally four days before each candidate’s exam date, so applicants must log in with their registration number or user ID and date of birth or password to access the e‑call letter.
- Phase 2 exams run June 13–20 in three daily shifts (9:00–10:30, 12:45–2:15 and 4:30–6:00), the test has 100 objective questions for 100 marks, allows 90 minutes, and applies one‑third mark negative marking for each wrong answer.
- Candidates should print the admit card, verify details such as name, roll number, centre and reporting time, and bring the printed hall ticket plus an original photo ID to gain entry because city‑intimation slips cannot substitute for the admit card.
- The drive seeks to fill 3,058 non‑technical undergraduate posts and has drawn about 63.27 lakh applicants, making timely downloads, on‑day verification and regional centre logistics the main operational risks to watch during the June 13–20 schedule.
