- The campaign is live and parents are urged to post by Wednesday 10 December 2025 to secure a free personalised reply.
- Letters should be addressed to Santa/Father Christmas, Santa's Grotto, Reindeerland, XM4 5HQ.
- A postage stamp is required on the outgoing envelope, while Santa's reply does not need a stamp.
- Senders are asked to include the child's full name and address on the back of the envelope.
- Alternative reply formats in Braille and British Sign Language are available via the Royal Mail Santa Mail webpage.
