Royal Mail Launches Stamps Honoring The Vicar of Dibley

The 12-stamp collection celebrates iconic scenes and characters from the beloved BBC sitcom, available for pre-order now.

Royal Mail has unveiled 12 special stamps celebrating the BBC comedy series The Vicar of Dibley, with general sales starting January 14, 2025.
Eight stamps feature memorable scenes from the show, including moments with Dawn French as Rev. Geraldine Granger and guest star Dame Darcey Bussell.
Four stamps, presented as a miniature sheet, depict a Dibley Parish Council meeting, showcasing the sitcom's ensemble cast.
The series, created by Richard Curtis, ran from 1994 to 2007 and was inspired by the Church of England's decision to ordain women in 1993.
The stamps can be pre-ordered now through the Royal Mail website or by phone, with a full set available in a Presentation Pack for £20.10.
