  • An Oscar overboard alarm sounded around 7 p.m. on July 24 near San Salvador Island, prompting Icon of the Seas to slow, reverse course and launch rescue boats
  • Crew found the man in the water roughly half an hour later and he was pronounced dead once brought back aboard
