Roy Hodgson Returns as Crystal Palace Manager

Roy Hodgson, 75, signed a one-year contract to remain Crystal Palace's manager.
Hodgson took over on an interim basis in March and led Palace to safety, earning an extension.
Hodgson expressed pride in continuing at Palace, targeting a top-half finish next season.
Palace considered other candidates but chose Hodgson for stability, familiarity and preserving their Premier League status.
Hodgson will work again with assistant Paddy McCarthy and coaches Ray Lewington and Dean Kiely.
