• Separately on Sunday around 13:00, a powerful explosion and fire struck a fourth-floor flat on Ocarinalaan in Rijswijk, with witnesses reporting multiple blasts and part of the gallery blown outward.
• Fire crews quickly extinguished the Rijswijk blaze with no injuries reported; surrounding homes were checked and turned over to Stichting Salvage to assess damage and help residents.
