Rosaviatsia Updates Flight Restrictions Across Multiple Russian Regional Airports

The agency says the measures are for flight safety.

New temporary limits were announced for Volgograd and for the airports of Penza, Saratov (Gagarin) and Tambov, with Kaluga also under restrictions.
Additional constraints were introduced at Krasnodar (Pashkovsky) and later at Gelendzhik, reflecting shifting operational conditions.
Earlier on November 13, Rosaviatsia reported lifting restrictions at Tambov, Gelendzhik and Krasnodar before subsequent adjustments the same day.
Rosaviatsia’s guidance states that regular flights at Gelendzhik may operate from 08:30 under the current regime.
Penza region governor Oleg Melnichenko announced activation of the ‘Kover’ plan as local authorities implemented response measures.
