Overview
- The new site spans more than 3,000 m² within a 9,000 m² campus, is designed for over 120 concurrent staff, and will consolidate units previously operating in Córdoba and Corrientes.
- BCRLabs opens with ISO 17025 accreditation, GAFTA and FOSFA certifications, and SENASA authorization, with additional standards such as BPL, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 targeted next.
- Initial operations have begun with soybean analyses underway, as officials and industry partners, including Corteva, participated in the launch.
- BCR plans to expand from grain testing into foods, soils, waters and genetics, scale annual determinations from thousands to tens of thousands, and adopt AI, high‑resolution methods, molecular biology, genomics, digitalization and automation.
- Located at Av. Jorge Newbery and the Rosario ring road near export ports, the lab serves inspection bodies, port terminals, producers and grain handlers, with local and provincial leaders attending the inauguration.
