Overview

  • Speaking ahead of the Tour Championship, McIlroy said he purchased all 1,100 pin flags left in the Masters Shop after his April victory.
  • He has been autographing many of them and said he will never get tired of signing, now placing his name in the center spot reserved for the champion.
  • He described being reluctant to wear the green jacket and has used it only on rare occasions since the win.
  • He is arranging trips back to Augusta National, including one with his father, taking advantage of access afforded to the reigning champion.
