Rolando Dy vs. Scott McHugh Headline BKB 60 After Terrill Cut

A cut that will not heal for hometown heavyweight Mick Terrill has pushed a world‑title fight into the main slot for BKB’s first Newcastle show.

Overview

BKB confirmed on Sept. 3–4 that Rolando Dy will defend the BKB Super Welterweight World Championship against Scott McHugh as the new main event for BKB 60 at Utilita Arena Newcastle on Oct. 10.
Mick Terrill was removed from his originally announced heavyweight headliner after suffering a cut in a short‑notice Miami fight that will not heal in time and he is expected to appear at the event as a special guest.
The co‑main event is a rematch between David Winiarski and Keiron Harding, whose first meeting at BKB 49 earned Fight of the Night and ended by doctor’s stoppage.
Former IBF champion Joseph “JoJo” Diaz Jr. is booked to return at super lightweight but his opponent has not been announced and several undercard matchups remain to be finalized.
BKB will stream prelims on TikTok and air the main card on VICE TV/Telemundo in the U.S. and talkSPORT in the U.K., a distribution plan the promotion is using to support its UK expansion and cross‑platform growth.
