• On August 14, the arena’s independent 1,200 m² Auditorio held a full-capacity test with 2,000 attendees to validate access control, catering and audiovisual systems.
• This follows a July 30 main-hall rehearsal that drew about 10,000 people and confirmed crowd flow, parking operations and emergency procedures.
• Juan Roig has privately financed the more than €300 million project on former La Fonteta grounds as part of a broader Quatre Carreres urban renewal plan.
• The venue opens on September 6 with a Nino Bravo tribute concert and will host Valencia Basket’s first EuroLeague home games in October.
• The Auditorio’s early lineup features The Cat Empire, Xavier Rudd and The Psychedelic Furs among dozens of bookings from September through November.
