Nores stated he no longer wishes to pursue the case, citing fatigue and a desire to focus on more productive matters, with no intention to refile the suit.
The legal dispute was part of broader fallout following Liam Payne’s death from a hotel balcony fall in Buenos Aires, which led to multiple investigations and legal proceedings.
Nores, who was previously acquitted of manslaughter charges related to the case, had originally planned to donate any lawsuit proceeds to Liam Payne’s son, Bear.
