The mission, named 'Kinéis Killed the RadIOT Star,' was the second of five planned launches for Kinéis by Rocket Lab.
Rocket Lab's launch window extends for 14 days, giving the team time to assess and plan the next launch attempt.
Kinéis aims to deploy a total of 25 satellites to create a global IoT constellation, with five already launched in June.
