Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Announces 2024 Nominees

The 2024 nominees include a diverse array of artists, with 10 first-time nominees such as Cher and Mariah Carey.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has unveiled 15 nominees for its 2024 class, featuring a mix of genres and eras.
First-time nominees include Mariah Carey, Cher, Foreigner, Peter Frampton, Kool & the Gang, Lenny Kravitz, Sinead O’Connor, Ozzy Osbourne, and Sade.
The induction ceremony will be held in Cleveland this fall and will stream live on Disney+, with a special broadcast airing on ABC.
The nominees were announced during the Disney/ABC session at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour.
Critics have previously accused the Rock Hall of sexism; this year's nomination of five women may address some of those concerns.
