• Oumair Aejaz, 41, entered a no-contest plea to 31 charges across two cases, including two counts of first-degree and three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
• He faces a mandatory minimum of 25 years on the first-degree counts, with sentencing scheduled for Dec. 2 in Oakland County Circuit Court.
• Prosecutor Karen McDonald said no leniency was offered and the plea spares victims from having to testify.
