Roborock Saros Z70 Debuts Robotic Arm for Obstacle-Free Cleaning at CES 2025

Roborock unveiled the Saros Z70 at CES 2025, featuring a foldable robotic arm designed to remove obstacles weighing up to 300 grams, such as socks and small towels.
The robotic arm uses precision sensors, a camera, and LED lighting to identify and lift items, then places them in designated areas before resuming cleaning.
The Saros Z70 offers industry-leading 22,000Pa suction power and advanced mopping features, including dual spinning mop pads that lift to protect carpets during cleaning.
Roborock also introduced the Saros 10 and 10R models, which lack the robotic arm but include other advanced features like obstacle detection and retractable sensors for low-clearance areas.
Other standout robot vacuums at CES 2025 included Dreame's X50 Ultra, which can climb obstacles up to 6 cm, and Narwhal's Flow, featuring a self-cleaning mop system for thorough corner cleaning.
