Robin Ayers, Respected LA Radio Host and Journalist, Dies at 44

The KBLA Talk 1580 host and entertainment reporter, known for her warmth and talent, passed away after battling a rare cancer.

Robin Ayers, host of 'The RA Report with Robin Ayers' on KBLA Talk 1580, passed away on December 5 at the age of 44.
She had been diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer affecting soft tissues, which she revealed publicly in 2023.
Ayers was celebrated for her talent, faith, and dedication to her work, continuing to host her show daily despite her diagnosis and personal challenges.
Her career spanned nearly a decade, transitioning from Hollywood stylist to podcast host, entertainment journalist, and ultimately a beloved radio personality.
She is survived by her husband, Rob, and twin daughters, Brooklyn and Madison, who recently turned 18; memorial plans are being organized by her KBLA colleagues.
