Robert Kirkman and Ryan Ottley Launch New 'Invincible Universe: Battle Beast' Comic Series

The series, debuting in April 2025, explores untold stories of fan-favorite Battle Beast within the timeline of the original Invincible comics.

The new comic, titled 'Invincible Universe: Battle Beast,' is set between issues #19 and #55 of the original Invincible series, focusing on Battle Beast's untold adventures.
Robert Kirkman, the creator of Invincible, returns as the writer, with Ryan Ottley, Battle Beast's co-creator, as the illustrator for the series.
The comic's storyline centers on Battle Beast's quest to find an opponent strong enough to provide him with a glorious death.
The first issue will debut in April 2025, shortly after the conclusion of Invincible's animated Season 3 on Prime Video, which begins airing in February 2025.
Skybound/Image Comics will introduce a unique blind bag program with the series, offering surprise comics and variant covers to collectors.
