Overview
- Around 11:48 p.m. on June 23, 37-year-old Robert Dean allegedly stabbed a bystander from behind on the 2300 block of Mendocino Avenue in Santa Rosa
- Witnesses intervened immediately, disarming Dean and holding him down until Santa Rosa police arrived
