'Oppenheimer' Dominates Golden Globes as Cooper Takes Text Mix-Up in Stride

Rob Lowe mistakenly sent a congratulatory text to Bradley Cooper, who lost the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Drama, instead of the intended recipient, Robert Downey Jr., who won Best Supporting Actor in a Drama for his role in 'Oppenheimer'.
Cooper was nominated for his performance as composer Leonard Bernstein in 'Maestro', but lost to 'Oppenheimer's' Cillian Murphy.
'Oppenheimer', directed by Christopher Nolan, triumphed at the Golden Globe awards, winning five of the eight categories it was nominated for.
Lowe attempted to correct his error by explaining to Cooper that the message was meant for Downey Jr., but felt he made the situation worse.
Despite the mix-up, Cooper took the situation in stride, reportedly telling Lowe, 'No, no, no. It's fine. I like living vicariously through these mistakes.'
