Occupants of one vehicle chased those from the other into the theme park, where a man was struck on the head with a hammer or similar object.
Three individuals were treated by paramedics and transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in stable condition.
One suspect fled the scene by car, while another was later arrested in nearby Coomera by Queensland police.
Authorities are requesting CCTV, dashcam, or mobile footage from the public to assist in their investigation.
