Overview
- The day opened with a mass and ceremony at the Paseo del Milagro around the time the 1995 blasts began, attended by Governor Martín Llaryora, local officials, relatives of victims and residents.
 - Law 11.003, enacted in 2024, establishes half‑staff flag observances every November 3 and requires schools across Córdoba to teach about the attack.
 - Courts determined the explosions were a planned detonation by a state power structure to conceal illegal arms sales, leaving seven dead and more than 300 injured with extensive urban damage.
 - The seven victims being honored are Romina Torres, Laura Muñoz, Aldo Aguirre, Leonardo Solleveld, Hoder Dalmasso, Elena Rivas and José Varela.
 - In addition to morning rites, the city hosts a mural project, book presentations, theater and an evening tribute at the Plazoleta de la Evocación, with Fabricaciones Militares issuing a formal commemoration.
