R.N.C. prevented Ramaswamy and Christie from participating in unofficial Fox News debate.
Candidates criticized R.N.C. for threatening to bar them from future debates if they took part.
Fox News event was originally promoted as an hour-long "Candidates Corner" segment.
R.N.C. said participating would make candidates ineligible for future sanctioned debates.
Instead, candidates will now have separate back-to-back interviews under "Candidate's Corner" name.
