Overview
- Rolling action begins with a 24-hour walkout at the Ruislip depot from 6pm on Friday 5 September, followed by daily grade-specific walkouts from Sunday.
- Every Underground line is expected to be disrupted from 7–11 September, with no Tube service forecast on those days.
- The DLR will be closed on Tuesday 9 and Thursday 11 September, while the Elizabeth line, London Overground, buses and national rail plan to run but are likely to be much busier.
- Talks ended without resolution on 3 September and no further meetings are planned, with TfL urging the RMT to put a 3.4% pay offer to members.
- The RMT also signalled possible strike ballots for outsourced cleaners over pay and sick pay, and Coldplay rescheduled two Wembley shows due to the expected transport disruption.
